Step 1 — First Meeting
The first step in the process is for one of our team to come to your current workplace and meet with you to discuss your plans, aims and objectives. This will involve discussing the type of environment you want to create, and what is important to you as an organisation in terms of space planning and usage. We will ascertain a reasonable budget for the project so that we can base all of our future designs and proposals at the right financial level for you.
The meeting is an opportunity for us to understand exactly what you want and need. Following that our team will begin the design and specification process and we aim to turn around proposals within 7 days of first seeing you.
Our first meeting with you, allows us to be able to create some initial designs. Once we are comfortable we know exactly what your requirements are, we will design and create a fully itemised proposal for the project for your consideration. An individual account will be created that you can access directly from our website, containing the proposal and all the relevant designs. This gives you the opportunity to really understand what is required and how the project will look completed. We will also talk you through the price so that you understand exactly what the project is costing.
Upon deciding to use Onorin for your project, all you need to do is send us a purchase order to match the proposal we will provide you with and then work will begin. We will appoint a Project Manager who will keep you up to date with the progress of the Project, and take total responsibility for the management and delivery of the finished product.
Health & Safety during any proposed installation is of paramount importance and we will ensure that you are fully aware of your responsibilities and what is required before we start work. Operatives are fully insured and trained to operate required equipment and are certified to nationally approved standards. All teams have completed where necessary relevant courses such as the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) and, where appropriate, are also SEIRS (Storage Equipment Installers Registration Scheme) trained.
Step 5 — Handover
Once the Project is completed, we will carry out a thorough inspection, which is the point at which the work is officially finished. At Onorin we aim for a ‘snag free’ completion on all of our projects.
